By placing an order with Epiphany ~ Bridal, Ball & Prom, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the client or customer) and us (Epiphany).

Payment

Orders can be placed on line or by telephone or post. Full payment is required when placing an order and only when payment has been cleared will your items by dispatched. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse through our product pages, click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. When you have made your selection, click on "Checkout" to complete the purchase. You will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy the order. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Solo and Maestro. Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched. Full payment for goods and postage will be debited from your card upon confirmation that your item(s) are available in stock. Any payments suspected to be fraudulent, will be subject to further investigation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All prices on this web site are quoted in pounds sterling.

Postage & Packaging

Postage and packaging is FREE within the UK (Please note: this excludes returns. See Returns Policy for details).

Delivery Schedule

Delivery times vary. Sale items will normally be delivered within 3 days (subject to the delivery schedule of our courier). Shoes will normally be delivered within seven working days of placing an order. Veils and tiaras may take 2-3 weeks, boxes 3-4 weeks unless you are ordering a travel box & need it urgently which can be organised for an extra £5. Please advise us if you need your items urgently.

Items Not In Stock

If an item is not in stock, you will be e-mailed with the delivery date & the option to cancel your order or to wait for the item to come in. No alternative can be offered on sale items that are no longer in stock. Please note, we do not process any payments until we have confirmed that your item(s) is available.

Credit Card Security

This site uses Mal's E-commerce, a secure server employing the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption to collect your information. On confirmation that your item(s) are in stock, your payment will be processed by our Merchant Account with HSBC and appear on your bank statement as Epiphany.

Warrantee

All products sold through this site are covered by their original manufacturer's warrantee.

Returns Policy

Please check items carefully upon receipt, or as soon is reasonably possible, and report any problems to us on by email: info@epiphanybride.co.uk If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive the faulty goods back.

If you are unhappy with your goods or for any other reason would like a refund, please return to us within 7 days and we will refund your card minus the cost of postage & packaging and any restocking fees. The cost of returning goods lies with you, the customer. Postage and packaging fees (unless otherwise agreed in writing by us) are as follows:

• Accessories = £2.50 - £5.00
• Shoes = £5.00
• Evening Dresses = £10.00 - £15.00
• Bridal Gowns = £15.00

We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items. This is to cover administration charges etc and will only be used in extenuating circumstances.

Returns cannot be accepted for special orders unless deemed to be faulty. Special Orders are items which have been made to order such as Tiaras, Veils and wedding dresses. These are not exchangeable as they have been specifically made to your own specifications and are personal to you and we would not usually be able to re-sell such items.

Sale Items

We will only accept returns on sale items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that those goods are unsuitable. All sale items are from stock samples and are "Sold as Seen". They may have been tried on previously. Gowns may require dry cleaning, which must be done at your own cost. Whilst we will endeavour to be as fair as possible in accepting returns, sale items are sold at greatly reduced prices, which will reflect the possibility of containing flaws. Please ensure that you fully inspect all sale items as soon as reasonably possible on receipt as these items will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase. We will accept returns on sale items within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) though we reserve the right to charge for postage and packaging. All items must be returned in the condition that they were sent. Please note, in the event of any return, postage and packaging will be the responsibility of the buyer.

How to return an item

Please re-package your items in the original packaging. There is a return address label on the LHS of the delivery note which you may wish to re-use. Please also enclose a note explaining what the problem is and what action you require from us. Please send your item via recorded delivery only to:
